Cyntergy AEC provided design services to a local contractor working with Control Devices Inc. (CDI) to relocate the company’s corporate facility. CDI’s new 30,000 SF facility includes offices, research and development, and engineering all alongside a complete manufacturing department. CDI required that the design include allowances for future expansion at this 180,000 SF site.
