Under an On-Call Contract, Cyntergy AEC provided MEP engineering services on this 11,500 SF building renovation on the Capital Campus in Oklahoma City. This project has been approved by the LEED Council for Gold Certification and is the first facility in the State of Oklahoma to earn this designation. Key components of the MEP system include the design of a 10kW wind turbine system, 60kW photovoltaic system, an intelligent lighting control system that includes remote monitoring/control, daylight harvesting, dimming and occupancy sensors, and a high efficiency HVAC system with a 40T ground source geothermal heat pump system.
