Under its On-Call MEP and Structural Contracts with Oklahoma State University, Cyntergy AEC provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering services for the design of a New Engineering Technology Building for the Science and Engineering Divison at the OSU Oklahoma City campus.

The project consists of a 23,500 SF two-story building, with an additional 2,500 SF attached lab. This project is pursuing LEED Silver Certification and required the design of energy efficient systems, which include geo-thermal ground-source heat pumps, an intelligent lighting control system with daylight harvesting, dimming, and occupancy sensors. In addition the structure was designed with insulated pre-cast panels to provide a tight envelope with high R values.
