Under its On-Call Contracts with Oklahoma State University, Cyntergy AEC provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering services for the design of a new Science Building and the renovation of Cunningham Hall at NEO in Miami.
The new Science Building is a single story building, approximately 13,000 SF, with two chemistry labs, chemical storage room, medical labs, instrument storage room, restrooms, instructional classrooms and offices.
Cunningham Hall is a two story 17,000 SF building with fully renovated electrical services, plumbing fixtures, pipes and mechanical equipment. Both buildings are supported from a common chiller and boiler located in the basement of Cunningham Hall.
