The Rogers State University (RSU) Student Housing project is a design-build style with a total estimated construction value of approximately $12 million. This project consists of two student housing apartment style buildings (three story) with a total of 255 beds, roughly 87,000 SF, and includes 99 two bed units, 12 four bedroom units, eight one bedroom units, eight handicap units and 10 hearing impaired units. Also included is an adjacent 6,000 SF clubhouse/community gathering area and extensive site development. The building exterior treatments are full brick and cast stone. Key Construction's design team is made up of KSQ Architects (architecture and interior design), Cyntergy AEC (civil, structural and electrical engineering) and Martin Engineering (mechanical engineering).
