Cyntergy AEC provided structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering design services for this 190,000 SF office and truck sales facility. This facility included drilled pier and tilt-wall or grade beam foundations, tilt-up wall panels, steel framing for the administrative area and the parts mezzanine, sales building, foundations for prefab canopies and A-Frame, layouts for the framing of the pre-engineering metal building service wings, HVAC and plumbing systems. Also included fire protection performance specifications, a compressed air system, coordination with a vendor designed lube oil system, exhaust system, general performance fire alarm, electrical power and lighting systems, data and voice cabling and patch panel infro-structure networks, and related details.
