As design partner to Zieson Construction, Cyntergy AEC provided architecture, civil and structural engineering for the design-build construction of a new 118,324 SF Training Support Center (TSC). The TSC facility encompasses an Engagement Skill Trainer (EST) area, a warehouse, a storage area, an office space, a fabrication shop and a hazardous storage area. The site design includes a private operated vehicle (POV) parking lot, truck parking, maneuvering area, and a truck dock well. The facility is a multi-purpose building with several different needs, with each of the separate areas requiring different life safety criteria.
