Cyntergy AEC was recently selected to provide programming, masterplanning, and preliminary design services for a new campus and potential renovations to the existing campus of the historic Goodland Academy in Hugo, Oklahoma. Programmed areas are anticipated to include a new school facility, gymnasium, auditorium, student and houseparent residences, athletic facilities, outdoor activities, and a church. Masterplanning will include studies required to determine the best overall layout and land use of the Academy’s property for building areas, parking and drives, as well as all outdoor activity areas. During this initial phase, Cyntergy AEC will work directly with the Academy to explore various design options for the new facilities and improvements and provide renderings illustrating the preliminary exterior design(s), floor layouts, and overall site plan(s). Once a final masterplan design has been approved by Goodland Academy, Cyntergy AEC will assist in the preparation of the Academy’s capital campaign materials highlighting the proposed future growth and improvements and will begin the efforts of the detailed design phase(s) to follow.
