Cyntergy AEC’s scope of services included full architecture and engineering services for the new strip center, coordination of all aspects of the project ranging from design development to construction administration. Services also included the scope and coordination of selective demolition to the existing abandoned center, in order to phase the construction so that an existing tenant could remain during construction until the new space was available.
