Communication Graphics turned to Cyntergy AEC for its master-

planning, site development, design, and construction management needs. Cyntergy developed a masterplan that included the consolidation of existing off-site warehousing all the way to upgrading existing operations. A separate facility was also developed on the existing property to allow for more flexibility and expansion. The new facility consisted of 18,185 SF of manufacturing, warehousing, and administrative space situated on three acres of existing property.
