Cyntergy AEC providing planning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, cost estimating, bid assistance, and construction administration services on this addition and renovation project. The 28,000 SF multiuse facility contains classrooms, meeting rooms, a “fireside” fellowship hall, full service kitchen, and a basketball gym. The gymnasium space will initially be used as an interim sanctuary for 800 people to allow for phased growth from the existing 400 seat sanctuary to the future 1,600 seat permanent sanctuary.
