Cyntergy AEC provided all engineering services for this project, which consists of an 8,500 SF pediatrics clinic/MOB done in a residential architectural style. One of the main concepts for the building was to make it appealing and less intimidating to the young children visiting the doctors. The design features also included the coordination of a Planned Unit Development, storm water retention due to an adjacent watershed area, and a composite structure of wood, steel, and light gauge framing.
