Cyntergy AEC’s scope of services includes: a new parking facility, upgrade to the closed circuit television system, new freight elevator operator controls, replacement of air handing units with new chilled water and electrical distribution systems, replacement of three reciprocating chillers with chilled water and electrical distribution system, incorporation of all design into the future HVAC/backup generator systems, reconfiguration of manual freight elevator doors to automatic, and incorporation of freight elevator doors into the security system design. Cyntergy AEC is also providing construction phase assistance on these projects.
