As the design partner, Cyntergy AEC supported The Ross Group on this fast track renovation of seven barracks buildings (approximately 285,000 SF) at Fort Riley, Kansas. The project consisted of renovating the HVAC and electrical systems and architectural surfaces. The overall project consisted of renovating seven barracks with two unique plan configurations consisting of three floors and a basement level. Individual barrack remodel design was completed within three weeks from NTP as the construction was limited to 180 days per building.
