Cyntergy AEC served as prime AE and designer to Wal-Mart Realty for this state-of-the-art 250,000 SF, 3-story Information Technology Center to house 2,500 relocated employees. The challenge facing the design team was to convert an existing manufacturing facility to an Administrative/Technical Support Center. Cyntergy provided facility assessment, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding assistance, construction administration and facility commissioning.
