Robert has extensive experience in the consulting engineering and construction profession and holds an MBA as well as a master and bachelor of science in civil engineering. Robert is a registered Professional Engineer in numerous states, a diplomat for the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, and is registered with the National Council for Engineering Examiners and Surveyors. In addition to leading the Civil Engineering Group, he also leads the company’s business development pursuits and maintains close contact with customers and new opportunities.
